Shijiazhuang Zhongrun Casting & Forging Co., Ltd. is located in Shijiazhuang High-tech Development Zone. With iron foundry, heat treatment plants, steel plants, machine shop, and CNC machining workshop, we are specializing in forging documents, pieces of casting, machining parts and universal parts of precision machining products. .We have 30 sets of main forging equipment: 1 ton, 2 tons and 5 tons free electro-hydraulic forging hammers, 1 ton, 2 tons, 3 tons and 5 tons electro-hydraulic forging hammers, 630 tons friction presses, and 450 rolling ring machines, with the annual production capacity of 9000 tons of high-quality forging products for domestic and foreign markets.We have two casting foundries, two 3-ton cupolas and 0.5 tons electric furnace with advanced detection, analysis, cleaning and shot blasting equipment. We can annually produce 9000 tons of iron and gray iron castings, as well as 1000 tons of steel castings.Our machine shop has a variety of machining equipment, including a variety of ordinary lathes and CNC lathes. CNC machining shop has a 3-processing center and 6 XK714D CNC milling machines.
